Using your Bee Natural Food Wax Wrap

Simply wrap the Wax Pack around the block of cheese, sandwich/roll, cut fruit or vegetable, making sure that the wrap edges overlap. Press the overlaps together for a few seconds and the warmth of your hands will seal the pack.

If the wrap is used to cover a bowl or cup, ensure there are over laps of the wrap on the side of the container and again, press firmly together for a few seconds and the material will seal.

Looking after your Bee Natural Food Wax Wraps

Here are a few do’s and dont’s you should follow to get the best out of them.

DO’S

To clean, sponge the wrap in tepid water with a mild detergent, wash lightly and allow to dry.

To revitalise your wrap, place it on a piece of grease proof paper or flat baking tray in a low oven for approximately 5 minutes and then cool on a flat surface. The wax will soften, and the wrap will be refreshed.

DONT’S

BeeNaturalWaxWraps are NOT recommended for the storage of fish or meat.

Do not wash in hot water as the wax will melt which reduces the lifetime and functionality of the wrap.

For the same reason, do not use in the microwave.

If you look after the wax wraps, they should have a life of 6 – 9 months. They can be used as fire lighters at the end of life. Then order your replacements!
